1-1 Personal Training

Training sessions will be on a 1-1 basis and will last roughly 60 minutes in a semi-private studio.

Our sessions will be planned & structured to ensure we are covering all bases whilst making it challenging, efficient and most importantly enjoyable.

It is important to have a client consultation before you begin your fitness journey to find out exactly what it is you're looking for, what your goals are and when you want to achieve them by.

From the information gathered from the consultation I can put a plan together of how we aim to get there.

Have exercises which you love and ones which you loathe? Why bother suffering and not enjoying what you do, we can adapt workouts and stay flexible to give you enjoyable workout sessions whilst still achieving what we need to

Health History

We will do a dive deep into your health history be it past/current injures or medical issues and see how we can tailor your plan to work around this to ensure it doesn't hold you back

Nutrition & Lifestyle

Exercising is one half of the battle, the other half is with your diet and lifestyle, we can look at tweaking certain aspects of your nutrition so you can still enjoy the things you love having whilst not having to sacrifice the things you love
