My Own Transformation
I was training for 12+ years but with no real plan, I knew what I was doing in the gym, I was strong and could lift heavy weight but I was coasting and just going through the motions.
I signed up with an online coach who planned out all of my workouts, really dived into my nutrition and got me to change my mindset about the weight loss journey, in the past I've lost weight too quickly and have lost lots of muscle mass and strength too.
This was going to be a different approach, I was at a 500 calorie deficit, I was mainly strength training and trying to lift as heavy as possible with minimal cardio.
On the left I was weighing in at 90Kg and over a 12 week period I managed to lose 10Kg to drop to just below 80kg.
